高职高专医学基础课与专业课教学结合的初探

Combination of basic medical courses and specialized courses at higher vocational schools

目的从高职高专层次践行"医学基础课服务于专业课","专业课服务于临床实践"。方法理论研究、临床调研、教学实践。结果现行高职高专基础课与专业课之间缺乏紧密的内在联系,从而影响了医学生临床思维的初步形成及顺利向医师转型的过程。结论现行医学基础课及专业课的改革势在必行。

Objective To make basic medical courses serve specialized courses and make specialized courses serve clinical practice at higher vocational schools. Methods We carried out theoretical research, clinical research and teaching practice. Results The lack of close internal connection between basic medical courses and specialized courses affected the preliminary formation of medical students clinical thinking and the process of medical students smooth transition to physicians. Conclusion It is imperative to reform the existing basic medical courses and specialized courses.
