摘要 设计了一个基于反馈机制的单级RC移相网络.用MIM电容替代MOS电容来耦合信号,避免了MOS等效电容因大信号波动所导致的耦合电容大小周期性变化以及负载效应.仿真结果表明所设计的电路在工艺偏差20%时仍然能保持较低的失配和稳定的输出.从2.4~4.6GHz其幅度失配小于4%. A 1 stage polyphase shift network is designed. The MIM capacitor replacing the MOS capacitor is used for coupling the signal and relieves periodical variation and loading effect as the MOS capacitor does. Stimulation shows the proposed circuit keeps low mismatch and steady output within 20% fabrication variation. Amplitude mismatch is less than 4~ from 2. 4 GHz to 4. 6 GHz.
