摘要
考虑不同情景下应急物流需求的不确定性,将不确定需求用区间灰数表示,构建了多情景下不确定需求的应急物流配送中心选址模型,基于联系数理论,将区间灰数转换为联系数,使模型转换为确定性,并设计了免疫量子粒子群算法进行求解。通过算例对模型进行仿真,并说明了免疫量子粒子群算法的有效性。
Uncertainty is one of the characteristics of the emergency logistics. The emergency logistics demand uncertainty under different scenarios is considered. This paper represented the uncertain demand by interval gray number. It constructed emergency logistics distribution center location model of uncertain demand under multiple scenarios. It transformed the interval gray number to connection number based on the connection number theory, and changed the model to deterministic model. It proposed immune quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization (IQPOS) to solve this model. An example is founded to simulate the model. The efficiency of IQPOS is proved by the simulated result.
