污水深度处理回用为电厂循环冷却水工程设计 被引量:3

摘要 采用ABFT(曝气生物流化池,aeration biological fluidized tank)工艺对城市污水处理的出水进行深度处理,出水回用于热电厂循环冷却塔用水系统,不仅解决了回用水氨氮过高造成铜材散热器腐蚀的问题,同时通过ABFT工艺处理去除大量COD,提高了回用水水质,最大限度地提高了回用水利用率,从而减少了热电厂取用新水耗量,实现了节能减排。 The aeration biological fluidized tank (ABFT) process was used to treat municipal sewage,and the effluent was reused in circulating cooling water system of thermal power plant.The problem of corrosion of copper radiator caused by excessive ammonia nitrogen in reclaimed water was solved,the quality of reclaimed water was improved by removing a great quantity COD with ABFT process,and the utilization of reclaimed water was maximized.Thus the fresh water consumption used by thermal power plant could be reduced,and the energy-saving and emission reduction could be realized.
