摘要
文章分析了网络信息资源共享与版权保护的矛盾与冲突,建立了信息资源共享与版权保护的博弈模型,指出了信息资源共享与版权保护博弈双赢的可能性。在此基础上,基于卡尔多—希克斯效率视角,提出了信息资源共享与版权保护的博弈双赢策略。
This article analyzes the contradictions and conflicts between network information resources sharing and copyright protection, constructs the game model of information resources sharing and copyright protection, and points out the win-win possibil- ity of the game between network information resources sharing and copyright protection. Based on this, the article proposes the win- win strategies of the game between information resources sharing and copyright protection from the perspective of Karldor Hicks Effi- ciency.
