中小企业竞争情报供给方法研究——以2012年长沙市中小企业“协同创新”示范活动为例

Research on the Competitive Intelligence Supply Methodology for SMEs

首先设计了企业技术创新信息情报能力成熟度模型,通过问卷调研和实地走访调研相结合的方式,对31家中小企业进行了调研,对调研结果的统计分析发现,当前中小企业信息情报能力不足,严重制约了企业的技术创新。然后根据公益类科技情报机构的特点,设计了一套以"市场分析—产品定义—技术分解—资源匹配—形成方案"为思路的中小企业竞争情报供给方法。最后将这套方法运用到长沙市中小企业"协同创新"示范活动中取得了良好效果,通过实践检验了中小企业竞争情报供给方法的可行性。

This paper firstly designs a model of maturity in enterprise technological innovation intelligence capability. By com- bining the methods of questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interview, the paper investigates 31 Small and Medium-sizod Enterprises （ SMEs）, and the statistical analysis of the investigation results shows that their current shortage of intelligence capability severely hinders their technological innovation. Based on the characteristics of the public scientific and technical information institutions, this paper designs a competitive intelligence supply methodology for SMEs, which includes the ideas of market analysis, product defini- tion, technological decomposition, resources matching and plan formulation. Finally, the paper applies the methodology in the ＂col- laborative innovation＂ demonstration activities of SMEs in Changsha, and achieves good results. Through practice, the feasibility of the competitive intelligence supply methodology for SMEs is verified.
