Summary of Research on Matching Knowledge Supply and Demand

摘要 知识供需匹配是知识得到有效利用的前提,在知识管理和人工智能方面都有广泛的应用。学者们已从知识自身匹配的方法研究,扩展到对知识供需匹配在不同领域应用的研究,以及知识供需匹配关联体的研究。文章在对知识供需匹配的研究范围和知识供需匹配系统分析的基础上,从基于知识特性的知识供需匹配、基于信息系统建设的知识供需匹配、基于知识服务知识供需匹配3个方面,对知识供需匹配的已有研究进行了梳理,讨论了知识供需匹配进一步研究的方向。 Matching knowledge supply and demand is a prerequisite for the effective use of knowledge, and has been widely used in knowledge management and artificial intelligence. Scholars have extended the research on knowledge matching method itself to the research on the application of matching knowledge supply and demand in different areas and its associated bodies. Based on the analysis of the research range and the system of matching knowledge supply and demand, this paper summarizes the current re- search from 3 aspects, that is, matching knowledge supply and demand based on knowledge characteristics, based on information system construction, and based on knowledge service. The paper also discusses the future research directions of matching knowledge supply and demand.
