窄带钢卷管表面凹坑缺陷成因分析及预防

摘要 针对352 mm窄带钢卷管后,部分钢卷表面出现大小不一的凹坑缺陷进行了全面分析。通过能谱分析并结合现场实际情况确定了该类"凹坑"缺陷是热轧中间坯边部被刮蹭产生的金属丝压入带钢表面,在焊管过程较大弯曲力下脱落而造成的,结合生产设备提出了预防措施。 It is all - round analyzed the steel pit defects with different size on the surface of part of 352 mm narrow strip steel welded pipes. With energy spectrum analysis and combined with site actual situation, it is determined the defects is caused by the metal wire, which is brought about by scratching at the edge part of medium billet in hot rolling and pressed into the surface of the strip steel and then drops under large bending force in pipe welding procedure. Some preventing measures proposed.
