摘要
唐山国丰一炼铁为了给高炉提供足够的烧结矿,对烧结机进行了升级改造和综合治理。分析了环冷机漏风、台车跑偏、皮带跑偏的原因并提出了改进措施,同时对冷筛激振器和皮带尼龙棒进行了改型,加强了台车线下维护和大中修质量,减少了烧结机非计划停机,提高了烧结产量。
Updating reformation and comprehensive treatment are done for sintering machine to feed enough sinter for blast furnace in No. 1 Ironworks in Guofeng. It is analyzed the reasons for air leakage in circular cooler, table trolley deviation and belt deviation, proposed the improving measures. At the same time the types of cooling screen vibration exciter and belt nylon bar are changed, the off - line maintenance of table trolley is strengthened, the quality of overhaul and medium repair improved. As a result the out - of - plan stopping of sintering machine is reduced, the output of sinter increased.
