摘要
介绍了唐山国丰第一炼钢厂矩形坯三角区裂纹形成的机理及类型,分析了裂纹产生的原因,认为二次冷却强度和辊列设计是控制裂纹的关键因素。通过控制结晶器水量,调整二次冷却强度、水量配比,优化二冷喷嘴选型、布置及辊列设计等一系列措施,使矩形铸坯三角区裂纹缺陷得到有效控制。
It is introduced the forming mechanism and type of cracks in triangle part of rectangular billet, ana- lyzed the reason, considered the secondary cooling strength and roller apron design are the keys to control the cracks. With a series of measures: controlling water amount of mold, adjusting strength and water quantity proportion ratio for secondary cooling, optimizing type selection, layout for secondary cooling nozzle and roller apron design, the cracks get effectively controlled.
