摘要
介绍了唐山国丰钢铁公司1450热轧生产线工艺润滑系统的设计特点、存在的问题、改造措施、应用情况及日常维护应注意的问题。调试中对系统的不足之处进行了改进,并对高速钢轧辊的工艺润滑技术进行了试验研究。实践证明,该润滑系统完全可满足使用要求。
It is introduced the design features of lubrication system of 1 450 mm hot - rolling line, existing problems, reforming measures, application situation and the keys to be paid attention in normal maintenance. The shortcomings of the system are improved in debugging; the test and research of the process lubrication technique for high - speed - steel roll are done. This system is proved to be able to meet demand in practice.
