高炉—转炉煤气混烧系统优化

摘要 针对热轧薄板厂加热炉燃料由纯高炉煤气改为高炉-转炉混合煤气后,出现单位能耗增加、氧化铁皮除不净以及优质碳素结构钢脱碳严重等问题,通过优化混合煤气的燃烧系统和改变热工制度等措施,将问题成功解决。 Since the fuel for heating furnace of Thin Sheet Hot - Rolling Mill was changed from pure blast furnace gas to mixing gas from blast furnace and converter, the problems began occurred such as energy con- sumption per unit increased, scales not being able fully removed and serious decarburization in super - quality carbon structural steel. These problems are solved by optimizing burning system for mixing gas and changing thermal regulation
