摘要
EAM系统即企业资产管理系统,它以提高资产可利用率、降低企业运行维护成本为目标,以优化企业维修资源为核心,通过信息化手段,合理安排维修计划及相关资源与活动,最终达到设备全生命周期管理,降低企业维修成本的目标。重点介绍了EAM系统目标、功能、实施过程及难点,并对EAM系统在唐山国丰钢铁的应用前景进行展望。
EAM,i. e. enterprise asset management system can increase the asset utilization ratio ; reduce opera- tion and maintenance costs, takes optimization of enterprise maintenance resource as core, reasonably arran- ges maintenance plan and relative resource and activity with help of informatization means, and at last makes the target of equipment whole - life circulation management and reducing maintenance cost realized. It is in- troduced in emphasis the target, function, implement procedure and difficulty keys of EAM system, its appli- cation prospect in Guofeng is stated.
