摘要
作为虚拟现实技术在产品维修领域的应用,虚拟拆卸与装配维修以其良好的费效比,已成为复杂装备进行维修训练的主要方式之一。为有效解决大型复杂装备拆卸与装配维修训练难的问题,设计开发了具有工程应用价值的面向装备维修的虚拟拆卸系统。在分析系统设计需求的基础上,设计了系统的总体结构,详细说明了构建系统所需的关键技术,包括虚拟维修拆卸过程建模、虚拟维修拆卸序列规划、虚拟维修拆卸路径规划、虚拟维修拆卸资源规划、虚拟维修人机交互规划及虚拟维修拆卸过程仿真等。该系统应用于某型装备传动箱的拆卸与装配维修训练,效果不错,有效地验证了系统的各项功能。
Because of its better cost-effectiveness ratio, virtual disassembly and assembly maintenance has become one of the main ways of maintenance training for complex equipment. To provide effective support for disassembly and assembly maintenance training of complex equipment, a virtual disassembly system for complex equipment maintenance was designed and developed based on the technologies including virtual maintenance disassembly modeling, disassembly sequence planning, virtual maintenance disassembly path planning, virtual maintenance disassembly resource planning, man-machine interaction planning and disassembly process simulation. The need analysis, architecture, key technologies and their application in the system were described in detail. Taking the wheel box of a equipment as a case study, each function and application effect of the system was demonstrated.
