摘要 在企业或者是组织的发展中,需要行之有效的方法来促进它的发展。就目前而言,在人力资源管理方面,比较常用的是战略性人力资源管理的方法,它对组织效能的影响比较大。本文就是以此作为主题,来进行探析的。
