摘要
从专属性、线性、范围、准确度、精密度、检测限、定量限七个方面对腊肉制品中BHA、BHT、TBHQ三种抗氧化剂用气质联用法测定的方法进行验证.结果表明,线性范围在0.5~50mg/L时,3种化合物的线性相关系数r2在0.998 ~0.999之间,基质加标回收率在79.93%~93.73%之间,相对标准偏差为3.53% ~8.51%.方法检出限为0.3 mg/kg,定量限为0.8 mg/kg.
Though specificity, linearity, range, accuracy, precision, detection limit and quantitative limit, the BHA, BHT and TBHQ antioxidant of bacon were verified by gas chromatography - mass spec- trometry. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficients of three compounds were O. 998 - O. 999, the recovery rate of substrate was 79.93% - 93.73%, and the relative standard deviations was 3. 53% -8.51% , when the linear range was 0.5 -50mg/L. The detection limit and limit of quantification of this method was 0.3 mg/kg and 0.8 mg/kg, respectively.
