摘要
建立了猪肉和猪肝中地西泮残留量的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱的检测方法.样品经乙腈提取后,经PEP-2固相萃取柱净化,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测.本方法定量限为0.5μg/kg,线性范围为0.5～50ng/mL;在地西泮添加水平为0.5～10μg/kg时,猪肉样品中的回收率在65％ ～ 90％之间,猪肝样品中的回收率在60％～ 78％之间.
The method of determination diazepam residue in pork and pork liver by UPLC - MS/MS was established. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, then cleaned up with PEP - 2 solid - phase extraction （SPE）, and detected by LC -MS/MS. In this method, the limit of quantification （LOQ） was 0.5μg/kg, and the linear range was 0.5 - 50ng/ml. The recovery rate of pork and pork liver was 65% - 90% and 60% -78% , respectively.
