天然气长输管道的节能措施分析

天然气长输管道已迎来快速发展阶段,天然气长输管道在运输天然气的过程中也要消耗大量的能源。如何减少能源消耗将是必须考虑的问题。文中从节能角度出发,分析了输气管道在设计阶段、运行阶段可以采取的节能技措。通过对管道采取优化设计、减少摩阻损失、优化运行方案、减少天然气放空和充分利用余热余压及新能源等措施,可以提高输气效率,降低输气能耗。

A lot of energy can be consumed during the natural gas transporting in pipeline.How to reduce the energy consumption must be considered.The energy-saving measures for natural gas pipeline have been analyzed in this paper.The efficiency of natural gas transporting can be increased and the energy consumption for natural gas transporting can be reduced by optimizing the design, reducing the frictional loss,optimizing the running plan,reducing the natural gas venting,using the residual heat & pressure and new energy.
