摘要
针对目前常用解卡剂存在解卡时间长、效率低、易造成二次事故的发生、荧光强度高、在高密度条件下的解卡效果差等问题,从物理、化学角度分析了影响解卡效率的因素,通过对各添加剂的优选,研制出了液体解卡剂GJK-Ⅰ和粉状解卡剂GJK-Ⅱ,而且GJK-Ⅰ的荧光级别小于5级.采用解卡液分析仪,通过测定扭矩值,评价了这2种解卡剂处理密度分别为1.20、1.42、1.65、1.84 g/cm3的钻井液及现场使用的钾钙基聚磺钻井液泥饼的解卡时间,结果表明这2种解卡剂在不同密度和扭矩值下均能有效解卡,解卡时间为5~15 min,且抗盐、抗钙能力强.在某预探井井深l 796 m处的卡钻复杂处理中,用GJK-Ⅱ配制的觖卡液浸泡,9h后解卡,验证了解卡效果.
Pipe sticking is often encountered in the process of drilling,causing serious economic losses.Conventional treatment methods includes oil,acid soaking and water-based or oil-based pipe-freeing agents.Influencing factors of releasing pipe-stuck efficiency were analysed by physical and chemical means.Two types of excellent performance pipe-freeing agents were prepared and they can solve pipe sticking problem effectively.
