摘要
研究了高温下不同粒径和加量的石英砂粉对胶乳水泥浆性能以及水泥石强度的影响,得出粒径为38~75 μm的石英砂粉适合作为高温强度衰退抑制剂,可使胶乳水泥具有较优的抗压强度和综合性能,实验确定了粒径为75 μm的石英砂粉在110~130℃范围内的合理加量为30%~40%,而在150~190℃范围内的合理加量为40%~50%.通过调整悬浮稳定剂微硅和分散剂的加量,可提高胶乳水泥高温下的沉降稳定性.高温下胶乳水泥具有比普通水泥石更高的早期强度和后期强度,以及更优的抑制高温衰退的性能.
Silica powder particle size in 38-75 μm was used as strength recession inhibitor in high temperature make the latex cement have a superior compressive strength and other performance.The reasonable concentration is between 30%-40%at 110-130℃,40%-50%at 150-190℃.Sedimentation stability of the latex cement at high temperature can be improved by adjusting the amount of suspension stabilizer and dispersant.Latex cement has higher early,later strength and better inhibition performance than ordinary cement.
