摘要
低密度水泥浆固井常用的漂珠水泥浆体系、泡沫水泥浆体系在高压下不能保持原有密度,而实心减轻材料可以解决这一问题。通过用双酚A、环氧氯丙烷、甲醛合成的改性树脂与活性SiO2、硅藻土及固化剂C等进行复配,制得新型高强度实心水泥浆减轻剂YW-1。实验表明,YW-1水泥浆体系承压性能好,密度可调,YW-1的配伍性良好,密度为1.25 g/cm3的水泥石在80℃下养护48 h后,抗压强度可达到12 MPa。
Foam and hollow micro-spheres cement system which are widely used in low-density cementing cannot maintain the original density under high pressure.A new high-strength composite light-weight additive overcomes this problem.YW1 was compounded by active SiO_2,diatomite,hardener C and the modified resin synthesized by bisphenol A,epichlorohydrin and formaldehyde.The results indicated that YW-1 cement system has the advantage of better bearing performance and good compatibleness,the strength of cement stone(density:1.25 g/cm^3)curing in 80℃/48 hours can achieve 12MPa.
