The electronics industry has broad market prospects. As the requirements to the skilled personnel become more and more high, electrical and electronic teaching needs to be reformed. This paper discusses the existing difficulties of electronic and electrician teaching, the possibility and significance of disassembly promoting learning. In accordance with the teaching experience of our ＂Edison creative activity room＂, a summary and outlook are set up.
