“阳光体育”背景下高职学生体质健康现状及对策——以武汉职业技术学院为例

The Present Situation and Tactics Research on the Students' Physique Health in Wuhan Polytechnic under the Background of Sunny Sports

文章运用文献资料、调查问卷、数理统计等研究方法,通过一系列数据和表格,对武汉职业技术学院2012级大一学生的体质健康测试数据进行了分析研究,对"阳光体育"背景下影响学生体质健康的主观、客观因素进行了调查问卷和分析,并针对学生体质健康测试水平偏低、影响学生体质健康因素的现状提出了五点合理化建议和研究对策。

The essay makes an investigation about the 2012 fresh students＇physique health test data, investigates and analyses the objective and subjective factors regarding the students＇physique health under the background of Sunny Sports through a series of data and forms,synthetically exerting documents,questionnaire , statistic and so on.It also provides five reasonable suggestions and plans according to the situation that the level of the students＂ physical health test is lower.
