体育国际化进程中竞技健美操难度动作的动态发展研究

Study on the Difficult Movement of the Sports Aerobics World Championships

采用文献资料法、录像分析法等研究方法,对第十至十一届世界健美操锦标赛各项前6名成套动作中难度动作的选用频率、类型、分值、分布等方面进行比较、分析,找出当前世界竞技健美操比赛套路的创编规律和特点以及难度动作的发展趋势。结果显示:世界竞技健美操比赛成套动作中难度动作的选用主要以跳与跃类(C组)为主,其次是动力性力量(A组)和平衡与柔韧(D组),选用最少的是B组;A组主要是提臀类、分切类、直升飞机类和托马斯类,B组主要是分腿支撑类、水平支撑类和直角支撑类,C组主要是团身跳类、科萨克跳类、剪式变身跳类、屈体跳类和屈体分腿类,D组的主要是依柳辛类和转体类;A组分值选用主要集中在0.8分和0.9分,B组1.0分和0.8分,C组0.5和0.8分;D组0.4和0.7分;难度动作的分布特点是B组和C组动作主要被编排在难度的前段,A组在中段,D组在后段。

Using the ways of literature review,video analysis and etc,this paper compares and analyzes the Optional frequency,types, differential value,distribution of difficulty movements of actions of the first 6 respect project in the 10th--11th world sports Aerobics Championship with a view to find out the Compose rules and characteristics of World Aerobics Competition routines as well as the current trends of difficulty movements.The result shows that the selection of difficulty movements of Complete sets of actions of The World Aerobics Competition is mainly in Jumps and Leaps（Group C）, followed by Dynamic Strength（Group A）and Balance and Flexibility（Group D）,the selection of Group B is the least.Group A is mainly in A--Frame,straddle cut,helicopter and flair.Group B is mainly in straddle support,plane support and L-support.Group C is mainly in Tuck Jump,Cossack,Scissors leap,Pike and straddle.Group D is mainly in Illusion and Turn. The selection of scores of Group A are major in 0.8 and 0.9,Group B are major in 1.0 and 0.8,Group C are major in 0.5 and 0.8,Group D are major in 0.4 and 0.7.The distribution characteristics of difficulty movements is that the actions of Group B and Group C are mainly organized in a set of ahead,the actions of Group A are mainly organized in the middle,the actions of Group D are mainly organized in the rear section.
