摘要
本研究采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对国内外相关文献资料进行理论分析,通过阐述自我效能的概念、来源,探讨运动参与程度与生理、心理健康关系以及自我效能对大学生运动参与程度影响研究,认为自我效能促进大学生运动参与程度的启示是:让大学生体会运动成功经验,提高其运动参与的动机;拓宽大学生自我效能的来源,发挥替代性经验、言语说服作用;提升大学情绪与生理知识素养,奠定运动参与理论基础。
This study analysis domestic and foreign literature through the method of literature, logical analysis , by expounding the concept, self efficacy of sources, to investigate the degree of exercise participation and physiological, mental health and self--efficacy on the participation degree college sports research, think that self efficacy to promote participation degree of enlightenment movement is: let the students college students in sports experience, improve their exercise participation motivations broaden sources of self efficacy among college students, play a vicarious experience, verbal persuasion effects the university enhance the emotional and physiological knowledge,lay participation theory.
