摘要
目的 观察强磁场对小鼠创伤愈合和瘢痕粘连的影响。方法 75只NIH小鼠分成 5组 ,制作背部创伤模型 ,0 .6T旋转或恒定磁场每天治疗 0 .5或 1h。对 5、10、15d创伤愈合和瘢痕粘连情况进行解剖学和病理学检查。结果 小鼠缝合创口第 5天、裸露创口第 10天的修复对照组不及磁治疗组。对照组的瘢痕粘连度比磁治疗组严重。第 15天创口的病理愈合质量强磁场治疗组明显优于对照组 ,旋磁优于静磁 ,旋磁 1h又优于 0 .5h。结论 强磁场能提高小鼠的创伤愈合速度和愈合质量 。
Objective The aim of the experiment is to find out the effects of the rotating high magnetic field on wound healing and scar adhesion in mice. Method seventy five NIH mice were divided into 5 groups and the same wound modals were made on the back of each mouse. In the experiment period, mice were exposed to the rotating magnetic field or the static magnetic field at 0.6 T for 1 h/day, or 0.5 h/day. The tests of anatomy and pathology were performed at the 5th, 10th, and 15th day respectively to evaluate the degrees of wound heal and tissue adhesion. Results The mice treated with high magnetic field showed better healing of sutured wound at the 5th day or open wound at the 10th day than the control. The scar adhesion was much less after treatment of high magnetic field than that of the control. The heal quantity of the wound at the 15th day showed much better in magnetic groups than the control,rotating group superior to static group, and one hour treatment daily better half an hour daily. Conclusions The high magnetic field exerts evident promoting effects on wound healing but shows inhibitory effect on scar adhesion in micee.
