合理行动理论视角下农户宅基地使用权流转潜在意愿及其影响因素分析——基于河南省4个试点县的调查

On the Willingness of Homestead Transfer from the Perspective of the Theory of Reasoned Action——Based on the Empirical Analysis of Four Pilot Counties in Henan Province

以合理行动理论(TRA)为依据,基于河南省4个试点县718户农户的调查数据,运用结构方程模型(SEM)对农户宅基地使用权流转潜在意愿及其影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,农户行为态度、主观规范、感知行为控制对宅基地使用权流转潜在意愿有显著影响,农户宅基地使用权流转决策行为态度尚处于由"生存理性"至"价值理性"过渡期,家人意见对流转决策有显著正向影响,社保问题是农户决策时考虑的重要因素。

Based onthe investigation data taken from 718 farmers in the four experimental coun-ties（selected by the theory of reasoned action, TRA）, in Henan Province, the author has made an empirical analysis on their potential willingness of homestead transfer in the rural households by using the structural equation modeling. The results show that farmers＇ attitudes and behav-ior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, household members＇ opinions, social security are important factors in shaping the potential willingness. Farmers＇ attitudes and behavior in connection with homestead right transfer decision-making are still in the transition from survival rationality to value rationality.
