摘要
目的:通过对比实验,优选提取金银花有效成分绿原酸的最佳工艺。方法:用已知绿原酸含量的同批金银花作原料,分别依照文献报道的石硫法、异戊醇法及醋酸乙酯法进行提取纯化,以紫外分光光度法测定各提取物中绿原酸的含量。结果:提取物绿原酸含量依次分别为50.5%,68.3%,80.5%;绿原酸转移率分别为64.7%,70.1%,862%。结论:改良醋酸乙酯法具有收得率高,纯度大,毒性小的优点。
Objective:To determine the optimal method of extracting the effective element,chlorogenic acid,from lonicera hpoglauca.The same batch of lonicera hypoglauca with known content of chlorogenic acid was extracted by the lime- sulphuric acid method, the isoamyl alcohol method, and the Ethyl acetate method described in literatures, and the amounts of the chlorogenic adid were determined and copared.Result :The amounts of chlorogenic acid extracted by the three methods were 50.5%, 68.3% and 80.5% respectively; the transfer zates of chlorogenic acid were 64.7%, 70.1% and 86.2% respectively. Conclusion: The improved etyl acetate techniques have the strength of aquiring larger amounts of chlorogenic acid of high purity and low toxicity.
