钱乙调理脾胃的辨证论治理论体系

Theoretical system of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in regulating spleen and stomach by QIAN Yi

《小儿药证直诀》记载了"儿科医圣"钱乙诊治儿科病的经验,其中钱乙有关调理脾胃的辨证论治理论对中医儿科临床诊疗具有深远的指导意义。文章着重以方证结合方式,从寒热虚实入手,将散在于《小儿药证直诀》中有关钱乙对小儿脾胃病的辨证论治理论进行了系统整理。把脾胃病分为脾胃伏热证、脾胃虚寒证、胃阴虚热证以及脾胃阴阳失和证,详细地总结了上述病证的证候和辨证用方的特点,以便更好地继承钱乙辨治尤重脾胃的学术思想。

The experience of QIAN Yi （medical sage in paediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine） in diagnosing and treating the paediatric diseases was recorded in Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijue. Theory of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in regulating spleen and stomach has a profound guiding significance to the clinical diagnosis and treatment in paediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine. Through combination mode of prescription and syndrome, we summarized the contents of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation in deficiency, excess, cold, and heat of spleen and stomach, which was described in Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijue dispersedly. In this paper, the syndromes of spleen and stomach were classified into heat syndrome of spleen and stomach, deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach, deficiency-heat of stomach-yin, and yin-yang disorder of spleen and stomach. We discussed the features of syndrome and prescription in order to carry forward the QIAN Yi＇s ideology of paying attention to the syndrome differentiation in regulating spleen and stomach.
