国医大师何任活血化瘀治疗不孕不育经验探析

Discussion on TCM master HE Ren's experience of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis in treating infertility

不孕不育是临床常见而又难治的病证,国医大师何任教授善于应用活血化瘀法治疗不孕不育证。何任教授常用的治法有活血化瘀、益肾壮阳法;温经散寒、养血祛瘀法;疏肝解郁、益肾活血法;健脾化湿、理气活血法。何任教授认为应用活血化瘀法首先要具各瘀血证的表现;其次要分别主次,有的以祛瘀为主,有的以祛瘀为辅;第三要根据证候选择恰当的方剂;第四要注意扶助正气,并且还要注意疏肝健脾益肾和调补奇经八脉。这样才能取得好的疗效。

Infertility is a common and refractory disease in clinical practice. Professor HE Ren has rich experiences in treating infertility with the method of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. He has four common treatments： promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and warming kidney to strengthen yang, warming meridians and dispersing cold to nourish blood and＇ eliminate stasis, dispersing liver stagnation to alleviate depression and tonifying kidney to activate blood, strengthening spleen to eliminate dampness and regulating qi to activate blood. Professor HE Ren believes that we should pay attention to the following problems when using this method. At first, the diseases must present the syndrome of blood stasis. Secondly a distinction of blood stasis should be made between the primary and secondary contradictions. Thirdly appropriate preparation is selected according to syndrome. Finally strengthening healthy qi, as well as soothing liver, strengthening spleen, warming kidney, regulating and nourishing extra channels should be noticed. Only in this way can we get satisfied curative effects.
