摘要
目的:探讨牛蒡子苷对糖尿病(DM)大鼠视网膜和视神经病变的治疗作用。方法:将SD大鼠制备成DM实验模型,随机分为3组:模型组、牛蒡子苷小剂量组(40mg·kg-1·d-1灌胃)、牛蒡子苷大剂量组(60mg·kg-1·d-1灌胃),每组15只,同时设立正常对照组10只。8周后光镜下观察视网膜和视神经的病理改变,运用图像分析技术对视神经横断面积和胶质细胞数进行定量分析,对视网膜各层厚度和细胞数进行测量比较。结果:牛蒡子苷能改善DM大鼠视网膜的形态结构,增加视网膜的内核层细胞数(P<0.05)和视网膜各层的厚度(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:牛蒡子苷对DM大鼠视网膜病变具有一定的治疗作用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic action on retinopathy and optic neuropathy by arctiin in diabetic rats. Methods: SD rats were adopted to be the model of diabetic induced by Streptozotocin. The rats were randomly divided into three groups: diabetic group, arctiin group of low dose (the dosage of 40mg-kg-1·d-1 for intragastric administration) and arctiin group of high dose (the dosage of 60mg·kg-1·d-1 for intragastric administration). At the same time, normal control group was set up. 8 weeks later, pathological changes of retina and optic nerve were observed by light microscope, area of cross section and cell number of gliocyte in optic nerve, the thickness and cell number of each retina layer were quantified by Image Pro Plus. Results: Arctiin can improve the retinal morphological structures in diabetic rats, increase the retinal cell number of inner nuclear layer and the thickness of each retina layer. Conclusion: Arctiin can protect the retina injury in diabetes rats.
