摘要
目的:研究畲药地稔药材的质量标准,为该药用植物资源的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:运用显微鉴别法、薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法分别对地稔的显微特征、指标性成分没食子酸、槲皮素进行定性定量测量。结果:没食子酸回归方程为Y=2×106X+2.3026,r=0.9998,槲皮素回归方程为Y=6×104X+5.1521,r=0.9996。没食子酸和槲皮素分别在0.0814-0.3260μg、0.0271-0.1360μg内呈线性。结论:研究所得方法简便,准确,可有效控制地稔药材的质量。
Objective: To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of Melastoma dodecandrum by setting up the quality control specification. Methods: Application of microscopical identification, TLC, HPLC to Minoru microscopic characteristics, target components of gallic acid, quercetin qualitative and quantitative measurement. Results: Gallic acid regression equation is Y=2x 106X+2.3026, r=0.9998, quercetin regression equation is F=6x 104)(+5.1521, r=-0.9996. Gallic acid and quercetin in respectively 0.0814-0.3260μg, 0.0271-0.1360μg is linear. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and can effectively control the quality of Meiastoma dodecandrum.
