中药治疗HIV/AIDS患者94例临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of 94 cases of HIV/AIDS patients

目的:观察中药治疗HIV/AIDS患者的临床疗效。方法:采用自身前后对照的实验方法,对94例HIV/AIDS患者进行中药治疗,进行单项症状积分、卡洛夫斯基积分、体质量及CD4+细胞计数变化的疗效分析。结果:与治疗前比较,患者发热、乏力、纳呆、气短、盗汗、脱发、头痛、腰痛、皮肤瘙痒治疗后较治疗前减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者中医症状及体征积分较治疗前上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者CD4+T淋巴细胞计数有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药治疗对改善HIV/AIDS患者中医临床症状,提高生活质量有一定的疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine to treat HIV/AIDS patients. Method： Using the method of own comparison before and after experiment, 94 cases of HIV/AIDS patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, and individually symptom score, Carlo Minkowski integral scales, changes in CD4＋ cell count were tested. Results： Compared with before treatment, symptoms of heat, fatigue, loss of appetite, shortness of breath, night sweats, hair loss, headache, back pain and itchy skin were reduced after treatment. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Carlo Minkowski integral scales and the weight of padents were increased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The CD4＋ cell count increased, but there was no statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine therapy has a certain effect on improving the symptoms of HIV/AIDS patients and improving the quality of patients＇ life.
