摘要
探讨术中测定平均肺动脉压与右室收缩时间间期的关系,评价脉冲多港勒超声预测平均肺动脉压的临床意义。方法:利用脉冲多谱勒超声心动图对22例先天性心脏病患者,在主动脉根部短轴切面记录肺动脉瓣上1cm处的血流频谱及同步心电图,测量右室收缩时间间期,与术中直接测定平均肺动脉压(MPAP)作逐步回归分析。结果:;lgPEP、lgET、lgCET、PEP/ET与MPAP的复相关系数为0.71朋,校正复相关系数为0.634(P<0.05)。结论:脉冲多谱勒超声右室收缩时间间期法估测肺动脉平均压是无创、简单、可靠的,有较大的临床意义。
To analse the cormlation between the mean pulmonary artery pressure (MPAP) during theoperation and the right ventricular sntolic time intervals (RVSTI) derived from pulmonary doppler blood flow velocitypattern . Mathod: 22 patients were examined preoperatively by pulse Doppler echocardiogrphy, and their RVSTI weremeasured. Then the MPAP were measured directly during the operation. The correlation between MPAP and RVSTI wasevaluated and the stepwise pe analysis was performed. Result: The Stepwise regression revealed that MPAP could beestimated with four variants-lgPEP, lgET , lgCET, PEP/ET and multiple correlation coefficients of MPAP was 0. 7188(P <0.05). Conclusion: The quantitative estimation of MPAP by pulse DOPPLER echocardiography was noninvasive, simpleand reliable.
