Bcl-2基因在正常子宫内膜的表达和意义

摘要 探讨Bcl-2基因在正常人子宫内膜周期性变化中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化ABC法检测40例月经周期中不同时限子宫内膜组织Bcl-2基因产物的表达特征。结果:增生期子宫内股组织Bcl-2基因阳性表达率为90%,分泌期宫内膜组织Bcl-2基因阳性表达率仅为对30%;免疫组化评分:增生期宫内膜Bcl-2表达评分为:190.2±108.0明显高于分泌期评分21.5±43.4,(P<0.05);且增生晚期Bcl-2表达评分264.4±56.0明显高于增生早期Bcl-2表达评分99.4±83.5,(P<0.01);分泌早期宫内膜Bcl-2表达评分18.9±41.4和分泌晚期宫内膜Bcl-2表达评分23.6±47.0比较无统计学差异,(P>0.05)。结论:Bcl-2基因在人子宫内膜周期性表达可能对维持子宫内膜周期性变化有一定意义。 To ed the efficion of Bcl - 2 expression and periodic change of Bcl - 2 exreesion in normalendometrium during the menstrual cycle. Methods: Bcl - 2expression was performed with immunohistochemecal methods(ABC),Wilcoxon staisical analsis was performed . Results : Bcl - 2 expressed in 90% proliferative endometrium and in30% secetary endometrium, Bcl - 2 expression score was 190.2±108,21. 5 ± 43 .4 in proliferative, secrstary endometri-um;264.4 ± 56.0 in late proliferated endomtrium,99 .4 ± 83. 5 in early proliferated endometrium, there were significantlystatisical differences, P < 0. 01,The score was 18.9 ± 41 .4 in early aseretary endometrium ,23.6 ± 47.0 in late secre-tary endometrium, there was no significantly statistical difference, P > 0. 05. Conclusion: Cyclic Bcl - 2 gene expressionin human uterine endometrium buring menstrual cycle plays important roles for endomtrium renews.
