吉非替尼联合复方苦参注射液治疗非小细胞肺癌临床研究

Clinical Study of Gefitinib Combined with Compound Matrine Injection in Treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探讨吉非替尼联合复方苦参注射液治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将60例非小细胞肺癌患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服吉非替尼每日250 mg,连续口服;静脉滴注复方苦参注射液20 mL,14 d为1个疗程。对照组单服吉非替尼治疗。两组均于30 d、60 d、90 d观察病灶变化,治疗至肿瘤进展或患者不能耐受而终止治疗。比较两组的临床疗效和安全性。结果:按照实体瘤疗效评价(RECIST)标准和WHO标准,以女性患者及肺腺癌患者疗效较好。治疗组在疾病控制率和症状改善率方面均高于对照组,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:吉非替尼联合复方苦参注射液治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效确切,可以明显缓解症状,延长生存时间,改善患者生活质量。

Objective ：To explore the clinical curative effects of Gefitinib combined with compound matrine injection in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods：The treatment group was given oral Gefitinib combined with intravenous drip compound matrine injection 20 mL, 14 days for a period of treatment and repeating every 28 days. The control group was given oral Ge- fitinib for continuous usage. The change of lesions were observed on day 30,60 and 90. The treatment was terminated once tumor pro- gression or patients cann＇t tolerate. Clinical curative effects and safety of the two groups were compared. Results ：The efficacy and toxici- ty of all the sixty patients were evaluated according to RECIST standard and WHO standard. There were better curative effect in female and adenocarcinoma patients. The rates of disease control and symptoms improvement in the treatment group were both higher than the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion：Gefitinib Combined with compound matrine in- jection in treating NSCLC have definite therapeutic effect,which can relieve symptoms obviously, prolong the survival time, improve pa- tient quality of life.
