目的:概述植物药止血机理研究进展。方法:探讨中药止血的作用机制,并对其止血机理进行归类,探究止血原理,并结合临床止血中药性质与止血机理进行分析。结果:中药止血药和现代医学止血机制有机结合,为中药的炮制提供科学依据。结论:植物止血药临床应用不良反应少,辨证配伍是用药关键,且应结合临床需求辨证用药。

Objective：To overview the research progress of plant medicine hemostatic mechanism. Methods：Studied the hemostatic action mechanism of Chinese medicine, classified the hemostatic mechanism, and explored the hemostatic principle, and analyzed hemostatic property of Chinese medicine and hemostatic mechanism in the clinical. Results ：The organic combination of hemostatic drugs of Chinese medicine and modern medicine hemostatic mechanism provide a scientific basis for the processing of traditional Chinese medicine. Con- clusion ： Clinical use of plant hemostatic drugs has less adverse reactions. Compatibility of syndrome differentiation is the key for medica- tion, and combined with clinical demand for syndrome differentiation medication.
