金纳多注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床研究

Clinical Study on Jinnaduo Injection in Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨金纳多注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将70例急性脑梗死患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。治疗组采用金纳多注射液治疗,对照组采用维脑路通注射液治疗。两组均以15 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较两组疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损程度评分及血流变学的变化。结果:有效率治疗组为93.3%;对照组有效率为80.0%,两组治疗急性脑梗死均有显著疗效,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异,均能明显降低神经功能缺损评分,改善血液流变;而金纳多注射液在降低神经功能缺损评分,改善血液流变方面与对照组比较有显著性差异。结论:金纳多注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Jinnaduo Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Meth- ods ：70 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group ,each of 35 ca- ses. The treatment group was treated with Jinnaduo Injection, and the control group was given Venoruton Injection. 15 days as a course of treatment of the two groups, and after one course of treatment, compared curative effect of the two groups, neurological function deficit scale and the change of hemorrheology before and after treatment. Results ： The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3 %, and the control group was 80.0%, and both groups had a significant effect for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and separately compared with before treatment had significant differences, which can significantly reduce neurological function deficit score, and improve hemor- theology. While Jinnaduo Injection had significant differences in reducing neurological function deficit score and improving hemorrheolo- gy compared to the control group. Conclusion：Jinnaduo Injection in treating acute cerebral infarction has distinct curative effect.
