化浊解毒愈疡煎治疗胃溃疡浊毒内蕴证临床研究

Clinical Research on Huazhuo Jiedu Yuyang Decoction Treatment of Gastric Ulcer of Turbidity and Toxin Internal Stagnation Syndrome

目的:探讨化浊解毒愈疡煎治疗浊毒内蕴型胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将300例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组150例和对照组150例,治疗组给予化浊解毒愈疡煎治疗,每日1剂;对照组饭前30 min口服雷尼替丁,每日2次,4周为1个疗程,观察两组患者症状改善积分情况、HP清除率、临床疗效及复发率的改变情况。结果:治疗组主要症状积分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为87.33%,对照组有效率为74.67%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);幽门螺干菌清除率,治疗组为90.52%,对照组为75%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化浊解毒愈疡煎治疗浊毒内蕴证胃溃疡疗效显著。

Objective ：To study the clinical curative effect of Huazhuo Jiedu Yuyang Decoction in treating gastric ulcer of turbidity and toxin internal stagnation syndrome. Methods：300 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each of 150 cases. The treatment group was treated with Huazhuo Jiedu Yuyang Decoction, one dose a day;The control group was given oral administration Ranitidine 30 min before eating,2 times a day,4 weeks for a period of treatment. Observed symptoms improvement integral situation, HP clearance rate,clinical curative effect, and the recurrence rate of patients of the two groups. Results ： Main symp- toms integral of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The effective rate of treatment group was 87. 33 %, the control group was 74.67%, and the treatment group was better than the control group;HP clearance rate of the treatment group was 90.52%, the control group was 75 %, and the treatment group was superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Hua- zhuo Jiedu Yuyang Decoction in treating gastric ulcer of turbidity and toxin internal stagnation syndrome has distinct curative effect.
