探讨学校保健站综合干预对2型糖尿病及其并发症的控制效果。通过建立健康档案进行健康教育、饮食、运动、降压、调脂、降糖干预,对干预前后血糖、血脂、形态等指标的变化进行比较。以发现学校保健站对糖尿病患者进行社区综合干预能改善患者糖脂代谢及血压、血糖控制水平,HDL-C、TG、血粘度、尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积、BMI有改善趋势。

Discussion about the control effect of diabetes II in school health station.Making intervention of health education,diet,exercise,blood pressure decrease,fat adjustment and blood sugar decrease by build health documents to compare the changes.The result shows that the intervention made by health station works for diabetes patients from aspects such as glucolipid metabolism,blood pressure,blood sugar,HDL-C,TG,blood viscosity,urea nitrogen,creatinine,trioxypurine,fibrinogen,PCV,BMI.
