摘要
在当今的高职教育存在着重技能轻人文的现状,而国家、社会和企业对人才素质的要求是全面的,所以民办高等职业教育要加强人文素质教育和培养。
The situation of focusing on skill instead of culture is existed in higher vocational education.But the requirement from nation,society and enterprises is critical.In this case,civilian higher vocational college should pay more attention on the quality of talents.
