浅析职业技能竞赛对高职物流专业的影响

Brief analysis on the affects of vocational skill competition on the faculty of logistics of vocational colleges

近年来,我国物流企业和高职院校举办了多种技能大赛。在职业教育方面,技能大赛可以促进人才培养模式的改革,促进学生综合职业能力的提升,促进高职院校课程体系建设与教学能力的提升,促进实训基地建设与校企合作。以2012年全国职业院校技能大赛为例,共有近万名选手参加了中职组、高职组18个专业类别96个项目的比赛,充分体现了技能竞赛与教学改革相结合,为推动高等职业教育"校企合作、工学结合"人才培养模式改革和专业建设发挥了重要作用。

In recent years, many vocatio9nal skill competitions have been held by logistic enterpri- ses and vocational colleges in our country. With respect to the vocational education, vocational skill competition may accelerate the reforming course on talent fostering method, prompt the improvement of comprehensive capability of students, stimulate the construction of organic setup of curriculum system and improvement of teaching ability and facilitate the cooperation between college and emprises and building practice bases. E.g. the vocational skill competition of vocational colleges held in 2012 has al- most 10,000 participants from vocational colleges all of China for 96 competition items covering 18 dis- ciplines including middle vocational group and high vocational group. It demonstrated thoroughly the integration of vocational skill and teaching reforms and plays an important role in furtherance of talents fostering mode and settingup of faculties on the principle of ＂Cooperation between college and enterprise, Leaning integrated with Practices＂ advocated in high vocational educations.
