澳大利亚职业教育体系中有关师资队伍建设的内容具有突出的特色,本人有幸2012年到澳大利亚TAFE学院进修学习,在澳大利亚TAFE学院交流培训期间,深入考察了澳大利亚的职业教育状况,所见所闻给笔者留下深刻印象。文章阐述了作者的见闻和体会,以期对我国的职业教育发展有所借鉴。

There are prominent features in the maintaining teachers in vocational education in Aus- tralia which gave me a deep impression during my further studying and training for exchanges in 2012 in TAFE college. It is involved herein what the author have seen and thought about it on the purpose ofbenefit to the development of vocational education in our country.
