国外著名大学章程特点的分析及启示

Analysis and Enlightment of Features of Article of Association Of International Well-known Universities

文章以美国、英国、日本、新西兰四个国家四所著名大学的章程为研究样本。通过对其大学章程文本的比较,分析其大学章程的构成要素和特点,就学大学章程中对学校特色、学术自由、校长的职责、教授治校、高校的社会职能、国际交流与合作、章程修订程序等方面的阐述进行了详细的剖析,并就如何完善我国大学章程的制定工作提出了建议。

Based on the studies on the Articles of Association of four international well - known U- niversities in U. S. A, Britain, Japan and New Zealand, it analyzed, by comparing the different texts, the constitutional elements and features thereof with elaborated analysis of statement under the Article of association with respect to university characters, Academic freedom, responsibilities of principal, man- agement by professors, social function of university, modification of Articles of Association, etc. and made suggestion on how to perfect the formulation of Articles of Association in Universities in our country.
