摘要
在石油钻井中,尾管固井是将尾管座挂在上层管套下部的预定位置上。尾管固井可以减少套管多层重迭,节约套管;适用于深井和超深井的钻探,可以减轻钻机负荷,降低循环泵压;可采用复合钻具;简化井口,同时能降低注水时的施工压力,保证钻井施工的进行和安全性;确保尾管挺直,提高注水泥封固质量,有利于以后石油开采和修井等井下作业;综合成本分析相当可观。
In petroleum drilling, drilling liner cementing means hanging the drilling liner on the preset position at the bottom of upper casing and functions as reducing overlap of multi - layer casing and saving casing. It is suitable for drilling in deep well and ultra deep well for lightening the load of rig and lowering the cycling pump pressure. The compound drilling tool may be used for simplifying the mouth of well and concurrently lowering the construction pressure at the time of water injection on the purpose of assuring the progress and safety of drilling. Keeping straight drilling liner and improving the cementing quality is beneficial to the borehole operation like petroleum exploration and maintaining the well. There is considerable analyzing result of comprehensive cost.
