摘要
文章通过对蚁群算法的基本原理和工作机制的介绍,蛋白质结构折叠问题的重要性分析,蚁群算法如何运用在蛋白质折叠问题中三个方面阐述蚁群算法的功效。从而进一步探讨蚁群算法作为一种优化算法的实际应用。
It made introduction about the fundamental and working mechanism of ant colony algo- rithm, analyzed significance of protein structural folding and discussed effect of application of ant colony algorithm in protein folding in three aspects. A further discussion has been made about the actual appli- cation of ant colony algorithm as optimized algorithm.
