The Historical Experience of the Role Change and Development of a Country Based on Classified Capital Allocation ：1970 ~ 2010

通过对资本分类配置国家角色变化发展历史的考察,运用归纳的方法,得出了资本分类配置国家角色变化的决定因素是人口数量、成人平均受教育年限、研发投入、储蓄率、储备率、对外版权与专利技术支出等,因素之间的相互作用也是重要的影响因素。对于中国来说,要从有形资本占优国家转变为精密制造国家,关键在于降低储备率,提高对外版权与专利技术支出和人才引进,弥补中国成人平均受教育年限低的不足。

By making investigations on the historical experience ot a country＇s role change anti development based on classified capital allocation, the author finds out the determinant factors of the role change and development of a country based on classified capital allocation through induc-tion, such as number of population, average years of schooling for adults, investment in R＆D, de-posit rate, reserve rate, foreign copyright and patent technology. The interactions among the fac-tors are key influencing factors as well. In order for China to change from a country with tangible capital in dominant position into a country with precision manufacturing, the key lies in lowing the reserve rate, increasing the expenditure in foreign copy and patent technology, and attracting tal-ents to make up for the inadequacy of the average years of schooling for adults.
