青银注射液抑菌作用试验初步报告

A PRELIMINARY REPORT OF THE DRUG SENSITIVE TEST OF QINGYIN INJECTION

目的：验证中药青银注射液的抑菌作用，探索该药的抑自治。方法：采用稀释法进行青银注射液药敏试验，并与抗生素药敏试验相对照。结果：青银注射液对G+菌敏感率为79．8％，对G-菌敏感率为48．7％。结论：青银注射液对G+菌及G-菌均有较好抑制作用，是良好的广谱抗菌中药。

Objective: To verify the effect and spectrum of bacteriostasis of Qingyin Injection. Metods: Dilution method was employed in the susceptibility test of both Qingyin Injection (treatment group) and other 21 kinds of antibiot-ics(control group). Results: THe senstive rates of Qingyin Injection to gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria are 79.8% and 48.7% respectivel. Conclusion: Qingyin Injectron had a broad spectrum of bactericstasis for both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. It was an good Chinese Herb Injection for anti-infection.
