摘要
针对传统测量方法效率低及不合格产品不能校正的问题,介绍一种摩托车曲轴总成动平衡测试与校正的新方法。系统中使用一个正交二向测力仪来拾取振动信号,经过调理电路送入数据采集卡中进行A/D转换,通过测试软件对转换后的数字信号进行处理,由计算机绘制出封闭的不平衡惯性力矢端轨迹图。在此基础上,测试系统进一步自动识别曲轴总成的两个设计参数,进而计算不平衡校正的去重质量和相位,为判别产品是否合格以及使不合格产品变为合格产品提供数据。
A type of new research on measuring dynamic balancing and calibration of motorcycle crankshafts module is introduced in this paper, according to the problems of ineffectiveness of traditional measuring methods. In the system, the vibration signals which are picked up by dynamometer is sent to the data acquisition card for A / D conversion after processed by conditioning circuit. Then the converted digital signals are processed by testing soft- ware and after that we can draw the closed unbalanced inertia force amplitude figure with computer. On this basis, the testing system can identify the two design parameters of the crankshaft assembly automatically, and then calcu- late the imbalance correction weight and the phase position in order to provide data to identify whether the products are qualified or not and turn the unqualified products into qualified one.
