摘要
目的研究金蝉止痒胶囊的抗过敏作用,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法采用2,4二硝基氯苯(2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene,DNCB)致小鼠迟发性超敏反应模型、抗血清致大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏反应模型和抗血清致大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒模型,分别观察金蝉止痒胶囊对小鼠超敏反应强度(耳肿胀度)、同种抗原攻击后皮肤伊文思蓝渗出抑制率和大鼠颅骨肥大细胞脱颗粒率的影响。结果与模型对照组比较,金蝉止痒胶囊高、中、低剂量组对DNCB所致小鼠超敏反应强度(耳肿胀度)有显著抑制作用(P<0.05);对抗血清致大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏反应有显著拮抗作用(P<0.05);对抗血清所致大鼠颅骨骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒率有显著抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论金蝉止痒胶囊具有良好的抗过敏作用。
Objective To study the antiallergic effect of Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules so as to provide the experimental evidences for the clinical application. Methods 2,4 - Dinitroehlorobenzene ( DNCB ) was used to prepare delayed hypersensitivity model in mice and the antiserum was to prepare the passive cutane- ous anaphylaxis rcaction(PCA)models of the allogenie rats and the rat models of mast cell degranulation of pericranium. The impacts of Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules were observed on the intensity of delayed hypersensi- tivity in mice( ear swelling) , Evans blue exudation inhibition on the skin after alloantigen attack and mast cell degranulation of pericranium in rats. Results Compared with the model control group, the high - dose, mid- dle - dose and low - dose groups of Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules indicated the significant inhibition on hyper- sensitivity in mice (ear swelling) (P 〈 0.05 ) , the significant antagonism on PCA caused by antiserum in allo- genic rats(P 〈0.05)and the significant inhibition on the mast cell degranulation of perieranium in rats in- duced by antiserum( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules have the good antiallergie effect.
